Here's how to lose weight fast. Because a lot of people go on extreme diets to lose weight fast, I'm going to show you a way to avoid extreme diets and still lose a lot of weight quickly. I'm giving you "the best of the best" exercises for rapid weight loss.
How to Lose Weight Fast
1. If you're into walking, then start incline walking
If you like to walk and want the best weight loss results from it, you NEED TO start walking on an incline. The best way to lose weight is using an inclined treadmill (since this will allow you to walk whenever you want without having to deal with bad weather or lack of hills nearby).
My suggestion... raise the treadmill to an incline of about 15 degrees. It's not much, but you'll see it actually makes a big difference. Get walking for 20 minutes.
2. Hula Hoop
First things first... you'll need to get a big hula hoop that's 36-42 inches tall that's weighted. About $10. I want you to use it for 10 minutes a day.
Now, what I don't want you to do is to do all 10 minutes at once. It's much better to break it up into 5 2-minute workouts or 10 1-minute workouts with the hula hoop. Your waist and hips will start to get leaner and tighten up... FAST!
3. Use HIIT with any cardio exercise you do
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. If you're going to jog, run, use the elliptical, use the stationary bike, use the stairstepper... whatever, then you need to vary the
intensity with intervals.
You start with a slow and easy interval and you follow it with a shorter, but really intense interval. Then you keep repeating.
So for example on the stairstepper. You go at a pace of 3 red dots (slow) for about 20 seconds. Then you follow that up by going for a pace of 12+ red dots (really intense and fast) for 10 seconds. Keep going back and forth between those speeds for 6 minutes.
You'll get more out of that 6 minute workout than 20 minutes of steady jogging.
One last thing. If you do some spinning around in a circle like children, that'd accelerate your weight loss even more! So there you go. That's how to lose weight fast without having to go on an extreme diet.
